Cancellation Policy

Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend that you make an advance reservation for any of our treatments. Every reservation that has a time span of 45 minutes or longer must be secured using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit or debit cards. Gift Certificates totaling the full amount of the service may also secure the appointment. Since we strive to provide such personal services to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact other clients and us significantly. A full fee is charged to your charge account or gift certificate for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment. It is essential to be on time for your scheduled appointment. Spa clients who arrive after the scheduled time will receive the remaining portion of the treatment and will be charged the full amount. Spa and Salon clients who are more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Age requirement

Spa guests must be 18 years of age and older for any massage or body treatments unless accompanied by parent or guardian.

When should I arrive?
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment, allowing time to fill out necessary paperwork and obtain a parking pass.

Considerations
For the comfort of other guests, we ask that children not receiving services remain in the comfort of their home and that clients refrain from bringing cell phones and pagers to the spa area.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of any Logan Raye services.
